Production of veterinary preparations under the brand ELIOTT - Products under the brand Eliott ad us. vet. are manufactured in compliance with the law No. 166/1999 Coll. on veterinary care and related directives especially with the regulation No. 290/2003 on veterinary preparations and veterinary technical means. Production is organized in the strict regime of „Good Manufacturing Practice“, hereinafter referred to as GMP in super-standard conditions consistent with production of pharmaceuticals involving modern control system of homogenization. These conditions ensure stable and high quality of final veterinary preparations and are a guarantee of their high efficiency after recommended application at curing of animals. All input raw-materials and materials are revised by the company laboratory before manufacturing and even after issuing of internal release documents they are transferred to production for processing. Manufacturing itself is performed in „clean overpressure area“ of the D class, ensuring microbiological non-defectiveness of the product. The key element of production is the vacuum homogenizer controlled by the modern software, enabling automatic homogenization including records and archiving of all phases of homogenization of particular batches and activities of homogenizer elements. Manufacturing is ensured by qualified staff with the professional focus on pharmaceutical and chemical production. Its qualification is regularly refreshed via the system of internal trainings in a form of lectures and so called practices. Work activities are realized in compliance with detailed technological steps given in work guides. Before distribution and filling of homogenized batches there is performed interoperable check; based on this check there's issued a permit for another stage of manufacturing. After conclusion of manufacturing, before release for sale, the batches are again analyzed in the laboratory and results are compared with determined specification of the given product. There are followed sensory qualities, contents of substances, homogeneity and contents of microorganisms. It can be said that products of the brand Eliott ad us. vet. belong among top quality veterinary preparations.
